DUC DENIED PAROLE
HE STILL NEEDS YOUR HELP!
Duc was 16 years old when he was arrested for driving a car from which someone else shot a gun at some kids in another car. Although this was clearly traumatic for all involved and for the community, no one was hit or injured. Never arrested before, Duc was convicted as an adult and sentenced to 35 years to life in prison. Mircacously, his sentenced was eventually lowered to 11 years to life. He went before the California Parole Board in 2009 and was denied parole. He has served 11 years.
