DUC'S SENTENCE HAS BEEN REDUCED - BUT
HE STILL NEEDS YOUR HELP!
Due to the help of all of you who have written letters, the film "Juvies"
and Duc's attorneys, his sentence has been reduced
by 25 years. He is still serving 11 years to Life. In California,
less than 5% of people who come up for parole
are actually released, so we still have a tough battle
in front of us to get this amazing
young man out of this situation.

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger commute
Duc's sentence and let him out on time served.
